After multiple rounds of feedback and refinements, “Tao’s Optimal Performance Gym,” or “TOP Gym,” emerged as the clear winner.
Ensuring Name Availability
Before finalizing the name, it was crucial to check its availability to avoid any legal or branding issues down the road. We conducted several searches:
Delaware Entity Search
We confirmed the name was available in Delaware with no existing businesses with that name in that jurisdiction.
Domain Search
Securing an online presence was crucial, so we searched for a .com domain to establish TOP Gym’s identity. Topgym.com was too expensive for the client, so we helped them secured two alternatives: taosgym.com and topgymusa.com (both of which take you to TOP Gym’s website).
Trademark Search
We performed a comprehensive trademark search to confirm that TOP Gym was not already trademarked, protecting the brand from potential legal challenges and ensuring that TOP Gym would be able to trademark their name and logo if they wanted.
